I design a unique home tailored to YOUR ideas, I will work with you until YOU are satisfied that your idea of a dream home is designed. I hear that many times the designer designed "his" dream home, not the customers.  I can also re-design a plan you have to make it more to your liking.

I like to explore the ideas you have and guide you through the design process to come up with something you will be happy with.  I have designed hundreds of homes that were completely tailored to the individual tastes of the owners starting from nothing, an idea, or just a picture. I can work from anything and create a one-of-a-kind home.

The biggest problem I see with most plans is the designers don't "economize" the plan they develop, there are many ways to cut waste and decrease costs by knowing how a building goes together, I can usually save the customer money on construction costs..
